摘要
针对通信运营商突发事件场景的实际网络运营保障需求,基于信令大数据,应用流式计算技术,采用GIS圈选场景的方法,设计与实现了突发事件场景的实时性能监测平台。通过该平台,可以实现从突发事件发生到保障场景监测性能实时呈现的时延控制在5分钟以内,大幅缩短了原有突发事件场景的性能呈现时延,有效监测突发事件场景通信网络客户感知。
According to the actual operation and maintenance guarantee requirements of telecommunication operators in emergency scenario, a real-time performance monitoring platform for emergency scenario was designed and implemented based on signaling big data, stream computing technology, GIS scenario establishment method. By means of the platform, the delay from the occurrence of emergency to the real-time display of guarantee scenario monitoring performance is within 5 minutes, Thus, the delay of performance display of emergency scenario is greatly reduced, and the customer perception of communication networks in emergency scenario is effectively monitored.
