摘要
为了解决接装纸在输送过程中的位置跑偏问题,造成分切后长短不一的产品质量的缺陷。本文设计一种新型自动纠偏装置,采用线阵CCD准确、快速检测接装纸的位置,实时驱动执行机构进行及时、准确的位置纠正。应用效果:接装纸长短偏差控制在±0.2 mm以内,提高了产品质量,满足了生产工艺要求。
To solve the problems of tipping paper running deviation in the process of distribution, it causes product quality defects with different length after cutting. New automatic correction device is presented, which can accurately and rapidly detect the position of the tipping paper by using the linear array CCD and real-time drive executing agency to promote timely and accurate location. The result shows that the length error of tipping paper is controlled in ±0.2mm, improves product quality and attains the requirement of manufacture craft.
