摘要 针对传统工业生产监控系统维护升级困难,系统容量不可大规模扩展以及监控系统实时性能低的问题,设计了大容量强实时工业生产过程监控系统。自主开发网关将CAN协议通信转换到TCP/IP协议通信,提高了协议数据的利用率,从而提高了系统整体性能。同时在上位机和网关之间采用以太网通信,减少了线缆数量,改善维护升级的问题。而双口RAM的引入将下位节点的串行通信变为并行通信,相比传统的CAN网络通信可以实现强实时性。作为自主开发的网关在实现上,可以根据需要进行容量扩充,满足大规模节点场景的需求。在此基础上,运用多线程和数据库技术设计了上位监控软件。 Aiming at the problems of traditional industrial production monitoring system, such as difficulty in maintenance and upgrade, large-scale expansion of system capacity and low real-time performance of monitoring system, a large-capacity and strong real-time industrial process monitoring system is designed. The self-developed gateway converts CAN protocol communication to TCP / IP protocol communication, and improves the utilization rate of the protocol data, thus improving the overall performance of the system. At the same time between the host computer and the gateway using Ethernet communications, reduces the number of cables, to improve maintenance upgrades. The introduction of dual-port RAM converts the next node serial communication into parallel communication, compared to the traditional CAN network communication can achieve high real-time. As a self-developed gateway in the realization of capacity expansion can be carried out to meet the needs of large-scale node scene. On this basis, uses multi-threaded and database technology to design the monitoring software.
