渤海某油田水平井裸眼同层侧钻技术应用 被引量:7

摘要 随着油田开采时间的增加,利用老井糟实施侧钻是油田稳产增产的重要技术手段。在众多侧钻技术中,水平井裸眼同层侧钻又是最直接、最高效的一种方式。针对此侧钻技术面临的较多难点,文章主要阐述了渤海某油田的成功做法,其筛盲管切割打捞工艺、水平产层注水泥塞弃置技术及窄窗口侧钻工艺等技术系列较好的克服此项技术难点,同时此技术系列能广泛应用于其他油田类似情况井,能够降低钻完井作业风险及成本,是调整井作业"降本增效"的重要技术手段。 With the increase of oil field exploitation, sidetracking from old well is an important technology for stable production in oilfield. In numerous sidetrack drilling technology, open hole sidetracking with horizontal well is the most efficient way. There are many difficulties with this sidetracking technology. In this paper, the successful practices in Bohai Oilfield have been discussed, in- cluding the sieve tube cutting and fishing technology, horizontal reservoir cementing plug technology and narrow window sidetrack- ing, which have been used to overcome the technical difficulties. In addition, these series of technologies can also be widely used in the wells with similar situations in other fields. These series of technologies can reduce the drilling and completion operation risk and cost, being important technical ways for reducing cost and increasing efficiency in adjusting wells.
