摘要 文章通过4个由于温度变化引起液压系统故障的典型实例,阐述了"液压油与钢材的热膨胀系数不同"是温度变化对液压系统造成故障的根本原因,并针对具体实例进行了具体的原因分析及其具体处理措施,并对处理措施的合理性进行了分析或对有的设备给出使用建议。文章旨在向从事与液压系统工作相关的人员在应对液压故障方面提供有益的参考和借鉴。 Based on the analysis of four typical hydraulic system failures caused by temperature change, the authors elaborated that the "difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between the hydraulic oil and steel" is the primary cause. Meanwhile, the authors also analyzed the specific cause and gave the corresponding treatment in detail to each specific failure, combined with the analysis on the reasonability of treatment measures or suggestions for the use of equipment. This paper aims at providing the useful reference to the relevant personnel who use hydraulic equipments and handle hydraulic failures.
