在分析房屋修缮工程指标体系建立的背景和作用的基础上,结合实例,通过对房屋修缮工程实施的对象、修缮工程的分类及各分部分项(工程量清单)工程的划分,并以此为单位搜集房屋修缮工程的造价信息,最终形成综合指标、专项指标和分项指标"三位一体"的造价指标体系,体现指标的功能和作用。

Based on analyzing the establishment background and role of building repair project＇s index system; combined with examples; through the classification of housing repair project＇s implementation object, the repair projects, the division of the various sub-items （workload list） projects; and based on collecting the cost information of the housing repair project by taking this as the unit, the ＂three-in-one＂ cost index system, including the comprehensive index, the special index and the sub- item index, is finally formed to reflect the function and role of the index.
