摘要
在AZ80镁合金表面采用冷喷涂技术分别制备316L和420不锈钢耐磨涂层,对粉末粒子的沉积行为以及不锈钢涂层的结合界面、相结构、硬度、断裂韧性、摩擦性能等进行对比分析。结果表明:在结合界面,316L与420的粒子可以内嵌到镁合金基体,形成机械咬合的结构;420涂层的硬度高于316L涂层,其断裂韧性低于316L涂层;不锈钢涂层的磨损率较AZ80镁合金下降1个数量级,420涂层比316L涂层表现出更好的耐磨性。
The 316L and 420 stainless steel coatings were prepared on AZ80 magnesium alloy surface by cold spraying technology.The bonding interfaee, phase structure, hardness, fracture toughness, lribological properties of the stainless steel coating andthe deposition behavior of powder panicles were compared and analyzed. The results show that 316L and 420 panicles areembeded into the magnesium alloy matrix in the bonding interlace of coatings, and the mechanical interlocking is formed. Thehardness of 420 coating is higher than that of 316L coating, the fracture toughness of 420 coating is lower than that of 316Lcoating. The wear rates of stainless steel coatings are lower by an order of magnitude than those of AZS0 magnesium alloy. The420 coating exhibits better wear resistance than 316L coating.
