摘要
磁流变液(MRF)是一类将微米或纳米尺度的磁性颗粒分散在载液中制备而成的先进复合材料,其在外磁场的作用下能够产生连续、可调的阻尼力,具有优良的可控性。近年来引起国内外学者的广泛关注,在军事装备领域也取得广泛应用。本文对磁流变液的国内外研究现状进行简述,对磁流变液在武器缓冲、军用防护、军用飞机、军用车辆领域的研究现状进行全面综述,指出其问题并对发展方向进行展望。
Magnetorheological fluid (MRF) is a kind of advanced composite material prepared by dispersing magnetic particles ofmicron or nanometer scale in liquid carrier, which can produce continuous, adjustable damping force under the action ofexternal magnetic field. In recent years, it has aroused widespread concern of scholars in China and abroad and is now widelyused in the field of military equipment. In this paper, the present situation of magnetorheological fluids in China and abroad isbriefly described. Then, the research status of magnetorheological fluids in weapon buffer, military protection, military aircraftand military vehicle is reviewed. Finally, the problems are pointed out and the development direction is forecasted.
