回顾了2017年中国石油和化工行业总体运行情况,指出2017年经济规模重拾扩张势头、经济增长内生动力增强、消费加快、结构改善、出口重回增势等主要运行特点,以及经济运行中存在的石化市场进口压力增大、化工行业投资动力不足、石油开采业亏损面大,效益继续恶化、库存上升加快等主要问题,并对2018年主要经济指标增长从市场和价格方面进行了预测。

The article reviews overall operation situation of China＇s petroleum and chemical industry in 2017, points out main operation characteristics in 2017 such as economic scale resuming expansion momentum, strengthened endogenous power of economic growth, accelerated consumption, improved structure and import resuming growth momentum, as well as main problems existing in economic operation such as enlarged petrochemical market import pressure, insufficient investment power in chemical industry, large range of deficit incurred in oil production industry, continuously deteriorated benefit and accelerated rise in inventories, and predicts 2018 main economic index growth from the aspects of market and price.
