化工产业是资金密集型产业,要求化工园区内上下游企业合理布局,资源实现综合利用。从规划建设、绿色发展、专业化服务、本质安全等多个角度思考如何充分理解国家相关政策,适应时代发展,积极吸纳先进技术、创新理念、解放思想,大胆创新,找出适合我国国情的园区管理方法,不断打造智慧化绿色的化工园区。

The chemical industry is a capital-intensive industry, requiring a reasonable layout for upstream and downstream enterprises in the park to realize comprehensive utilization of resources. Thinking from multiple angles of construction planning, green development, specialized service and essential safety, this paper is on the study of how to grasp the national related policies, adapt to the development of the age, absorb advanced technology, innovate ideas, emancipate the mind, be bold in innovation, and then find out the industrial park management methods suitable for our national conditions, so we can create and perfect the smart, green chemical industrial park.
