Discussion on the Design of Longshou Reservoir of Luohui Canal

洛惠渠灌区工程性缺水严重,供需矛盾突出,制约着灌区发展和当地农业生产和社会经济发展。修建龙首水库形成调蓄,可以大大缓解用水矛盾,对促进灌区持续性发展和当地农业经济发展具有重要的作用和意义。本文从设计角度出发,阐述了项目建设的必要性和可行性,提出了设计方案,应早日立项实施。

Luohui canal project is short of water, which restricts the agricultural development and social and economic develop- ment of the area. To build Longshou reservoir regulating the water storage can relieve the contradiction of water use, and it plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development and agricultural development of this area. The necessity and feasibility of the project construction is discussed and the design scheme is put forward.
