高职交通土建类专业BIM人才培养模式构建研究

Research and Construction of BIM Talent Training Model for Transportation and Civil Engineering Specialty in Higher Vocational Education

分析了信息化建造技术背景下高职交通土建类专业BIM人才培养模式研究与改革的迫切性,阐述了以教学标准编制、人才培养目标确定、课程体系构建、教学方法改革和技能评价体系改革等为抓手的BIM技术人才培养模式构建思路,提出了从学校、专业、课程、教师和学生等五个层面构建BIM人才培养模式的保障措施,为高职交通土建类专业群一流专业建设和BIM人才培养提供参考借鉴。

The urgency of researching and reforming of the model of BIM personnel training in higher vocational transportation and civil engineering specialty under the background of information technology is analyzed. And the construction thought of training model that taking teaching standard compilation, the determination of personnel training goal, the construction of cur- riculum system, teaching method reform and skill evaluation system as the starting point is elaborated, and safeguard measures of BIM personnel training model from the school, profession, curriculum, teachers and students levels is proposed in this pa- per, which provides reference for the first-class professional construction of transportation and civil engineering specialty and BIM training in higher vocational education.
