摘要
采用熔融制样,利用波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪对高岭土中Si、Al、Ca、Mg、Fe、Na、K、Ti这8种元素进行测定,使用人工配制标样,建立了X射线荧光光谱法测定高岭土中主要成分的方法。经验证,本分析方法的准确度完全能够满足化学分析的要求,结果令人满意。
In this work, determination of main components (Si,A1,Ca,Mg,Fe,Na,K,Ti) in kaolin clay was investigated by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with fusion sample preparation,the calibration curve is calcutated with artifical preparation of standard samples.the accuracy of this analytical method can completely meet the requirements of chemical analysis through the verification, the result is satisfactory.
