摘要
综述了国内外煤层气地面集输与处理工艺现状。目前,煤层气集气系统主要采用一级布站和二级布站方式。一级布站工艺流程适合单井产量较高、集气半径较短的煤层气田。二级布站工艺流程适合单井产量较低、集气半径较长的煤层气田。国内外煤层气脱水均采用三甘醇脱水工艺。采出水处理方式以地面排放和自然蒸发为主。
The present situation of CBM gathering, transportation and treatment at home and abroad is reviewed. At present, the CBM gathering system mainly uses the one stage mode and the two stages mode.The one stage mode is suitable for the CBM field with high single well production and short gas gathering radius.The two stages mode is suitable for the CBM with low single well production and long gas gathering radius. Dehydration of eoalbed methane both at home and abroad adopts triethylene glycol dehydration process. The ground discharge and natural evaporation are the main treatment methods for produced water.
