坤净泡腾胶囊栓经皮给药对小鼠耳肿胀及毛细血管通透性的影响

Effect of the mice auricle swelling and capillary permeability of the Net Plug-Kun transdermal drug delivery

目的研究坤净泡腾胶囊栓经皮给药对小鼠耳廓肿胀的抑制作用及对醋酸所致腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响。方法采用二甲苯诱导小鼠耳廓肿胀法,以肿胀度和肿胀率为指标评价抗炎效果;腹腔注射醋酸溶液,观察对毛细血管通透性的影响。结果与空白对照组比较,坤净泡腾胶囊栓高、低剂量组能明显抑制毛细血管通透性增加(P<0.001),高、中剂量均对小鼠耳肿胀抑制作用有显著性(P<0.05);与阳性对照组比较,坤净泡腾胶囊栓高、中剂量组能明显抑制毛细血管通透性增加(P<0.05)。结论坤净泡腾胶囊栓对小鼠耳肿胀及腹腔毛细血管通透性增加具有显著地抑制作用。

Objective To research the mice auricle swelling inhibiting effect of the Net plug -kun transdermal drug delivery and the effect of the enterocoelia capillary permeability caused by acetic acid.Methods Xylene induced mice auricle swelling method was used to degree of swelling and swelling rate as the index to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect;To observe the influence of capillary permeability after the intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid solution.Results Compared with the blank control group,the high ,medium and low dose group of the Net plug -kun can obviously inhibit blood capillary permeability increasing （P 〈 0.001 ）,and the high and medium dose in mice ear swelling inhibition have a significant （P 〈 0.05）;Compared with positive control group,the high and middle dose group can obviously inhibit blood capillary permeability increasing （P 〈 0.05 ）.Conclusion The Net plug -kun on ear swelling in mice and the increase of blood capillary permeability of the abdominal have significant inhibitory effect.
