计算机辅助工厂设计中的协同设计模型的研究 被引量:5

摘要 计算机辅助协同工厂设计的研究目前尚处于起步阶段。本文是以研究在工厂设计中最重要的两个设计专业,初步设计阶段的工艺管道及仪表流程图(P&ID)设计和详细设计阶段的配管模型设计的协同工作为背景,给出了计算机辅助协同设计模型的研究方法。实现两个设计专业的协同工作,研究的核心是要提炼出二者的相互关联和相互约束的信息,建立协同信息模型。本文从提炼两个设计专业所描述的内容出发,找到二者的关联和相互约束的信息,从而得到便于协同设计和一致性维护的协同模型,此模型具有很好的扩展性。为下一步实现整个工厂设计流程的协同以及为实现下一步的基于P&ID和配管模型设计协同机制和优化技术的全新的配管设计交互模式奠定了数据模型基础。 At present research on Collaborative Computer Aided Plant Design is in the beginning stage.In plant design, Piping and Instrument Flow Diagram (P&ID) Design in primary design stage and Piping Model Design in detail design stage,are the key design stages in the whole design process.The piping designers should communicate with process designers frequently, in order to make P&ID and Piping model consistent with each other.There exist large quantities of consistent information in two models.However,the two systems are stand-alone,which is difficult to maintain the consistency of them.In this paper,the two design environments will be analyzed in detail,the consistent information will be acquired,and the cooperative logic model of the two systems will be presented.The consistency checking between the two environments will benefit from the model.This cooperative logic model is easy to be extended to the whole workflow of the plant design system.This paper will contribute to the foundation of the new interaction mode of piping model research and development work.
