摘要
为阐述近年来基于聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)聚合物纳米胶束作为抗癌药物载体的相关研究进展,归纳总结近年来国内外的文献报道,对基于PLGA材料制备纳米胶束作为癌症治疗药物载体的分类、制备方法、相关实验研究进展及其潜在临床应用价值进行探讨研究。结果显示PLGA为经过FDA认证的有良好的生物可降解及生物相容性的高分子聚合物载体材料,基于PLGA的聚合物纳米胶束在传递抗肿瘤药物方面已有广泛的实验研究,是一种极具潜力的新型抗癌药物载体,有望为人类治疗癌症带来福音。
This review focused on the studies of poly( lactide-co-glycolide)( PLGA) copolymer nanomicelles used as carrier for anticancer agents. We summarized the recent reports about the classification,preparation method,related research and potential clinical application value of PLGA copolymer nanomicelles. PLGA as a kind of biodegradable and biocompatible material has a great application value in delivering anti-cancer agents.The PLGA copolymer nanomicelles are widely used in experimental study for cancer therapy,and bring hope for human cancer treatment.
