清肺止咳定喘清膏联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响

Effects of Qingfei Zhike Dingchuan ointment combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumonia and their influence on serum inflammatory factors

目的探讨清肺止咳定喘清膏联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子影响。方法选取临朐县中医院2013年9月至2015年3月间收治的80例支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例，两组均给予对症支持治疗，对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗，观察组给予清肺止咳定喘清膏联合阿奇霉素治疗。比较患儿临床疗效，外周血辅助性T细胞（Th）17型频率及血清炎性因子白细胞介素（interterkin，IL）-17、IL-6水平的变化。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率为95％，明显高于对照组的80％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗前两组外周血Th17频率，血清炎性因子IL-17，IL．6水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗后两组外周血Th17频率，血清炎性因子IL-17，IL-6水平降低，且观察组降低幅度大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论清肺止咳定喘清膏联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎可提高临床疗效，降低外周血Thl7频率和炎性因子水平。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Qingfei Zhike Dingchuan ointment （QZDO） combined with azithromycin in treating mycoplasma pneumonia and its influence on serum inflammatory factors. Methods The 80 patients with pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia were selected from Linqu Hospital of Chinese Medicine from September 2013 to March 2015. The patients were randomly divided into control group and obser- vation group,with 40 patients in each group. Children of the two groups received symptomatic and supportive treatment. Control group were given azithromycin treatment, while observation group were given QZDO combined with Azithromycin. Clinical effect,the changes of the frequece of Thl7 cells of the patient and serum levels of IL-17 and IL-6 were meafured. Results The effective rate of observation group was 95%, significantly higher than that of the control group（ 80% ）. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The Thl7 cells and serum IL-17 and IL-6 of the two groups had no statistical difference before treatment（P 〉0.05）. While the ob- servation group patients exhibited substantially lower level of the Thl7 cells, serum IL-17 and IL-116 than that of the control group after treatment（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of QZDO with azithromycin for the treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia can improve clinical efficiency, and reduce Thl7 and inflammatory cy- tokines levels.
