福建省漳州及相邻地区华溪蟹种类及形态学特征

Species and morphology of Sinopotamon in Zhangzhou and adjacent areas of Fujian province

目的重新认定漳州及相关地区原有调查点华溪蟹种类,为并殖吸虫流行病学基础调查提供依据。方法观察漳州与相邻地区的过去调查点留存的华溪蟹标本,对原有调查点采集华溪蟹,记录标本的采集时间与地点,并用"GPS"仪标记地理位置。比较观察福建华溪蟹与平和华溪蟹、将乐华溪蟹、漳州华溪蟹的雄性第一腹肢,同时拍照与列表,比较它们的形态特征。结果漳州与相邻地区原有调查点未见福建华溪蟹分布。云霄县下河与平和县国强的蟹种相同,为漳州华溪蟹;华安县高安与龙岩市龙门、漳平市山羊隔的蟹种相同,为将乐华溪蟹;平和县黄土岭与南靖县和溪、永定县湖坑蟹种相同,为平和华溪蟹。结论对华溪蟹基础资料作了修订与补充,认定漳州与相邻地区原有调查点有平和华溪蟹、将乐华溪蟹和漳州华溪蟹种类3种。

Objective To survey the Sinopotamon species in Zhangzhou and adjacent areas,and study the morphologicalcharacteristics of Sinopotamon pinghense,and provide basis for epidemiological investigations of Paragonimus. Methods The freshwater crabs were collected from Zhangzhou and adjoining areas where the distribution of Sinopotamon fukienense had been reported. Sampling time and sites,as well as the geographic coordinates were recorded by GPS. The morphology of S. pinghense was described. The male first pleopods（G1） among S.Pinghense, S.fukienense, S.jianglense and S.zhangzhouense were compared. Results S.fukienense was not found in Zhangzhou and adjacent areas. S.zhangzhouense wasmainly distributed in Xiahe of Yunxiao county and Guoqiang of Pinghe county. S. Jianglense was found in Gaoan of Huaancounty,Longmen of Longyan city and Shanyangge of Zhangping city. S. pinghense was found in Huangtuling of Pinghecounty,Hexi of Nanjing county and Hukeng of Yongding county. Conclusion Basic information of Sinopotamon inZhangzhou and adjacent areas was revised and supplemented. The occurrence of S.pinghense, S.jianglense and S.zhangzhouense in these areas was confirmed.
