人类同住"地球村",世界上不同文明、不同宗教信仰、不同社会制度、不同发展水平的国家是一个相互依存的命运共同体。人类命运共同体继承和发展了马克思主义的共同体思想,吸收了中国"和合文化"的精髓,传承了新中国成立以来独立自主的和平外交实践,强调构建以平等公正、合作共赢为核心的新秩序。世界面临的不稳定性不确定性突出,人类面临许多共同挑战。倡导建设持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁荣、开放包容、清洁美丽的世界,中国坚定奉行独立自主的和平外交政策,积极发展全球伙伴关系,积极促进"一带一路"国际合作,积极参与全球治理体系改革和建设。

Human beings live in the ＇global village＇ , a community of shared future for us despite different cultures, different religious beliefs, different social systems and different levels of development within. This idea is an inheritance and extension of Marx＇ s thought on community, absorbing the essence of Chinese ＇ harmonious culture＇ , inheriting the independent and peaceful diplomatic practice since the founding of the Chinese People＇ s Public of China, and stressing the construction of a new order centered with equality, justice and win-win outcome. The world is facing instability and uncertainty, and human beings are facing many common challenges. While advocating the construction of an open, inclusive, clean and beautiful world of lasting peace, common security and shared prosperity, China adheres to independent foreign policy of peace, actively develops global partnerships, vigorously promotes international cooperation under the ＂ The Belt and Road＂ Initiative, and participates in the reform and building of global system of governance.
