摘要 油井一般分布广、数量多并且比较偏远,无疑加大了工人的劳动强度,并且影响设备的实时检测。基于此现状,设计了一种基于Internet对潜油电泵温度压力的远程监控系统。该系统采用STM32F072核心芯片,通过无线传感网络模块ZigBee采集近距离无线数据,利用通用的12864液晶显示,并将系统接入WiFi模块,以实现数据的网络化传输。在一个具有固定IP的服务器上实现相关数据的传输服务,Android客户端通过与服务器建立同样的TCP连接[1]来接收相关的实时数据,从而实现了数据的网络化的远程传输。 Because the number of wells is big and they usually distribute far away from each other over a wide range which undoubtedly increases the intensity of labor and affects the real-time detection of equipment.Based on this status,an Internet-based system of electric submersible pump used for remote monitoring of temperature and pressure was proposed.STM32F072 is used as the core chip in this system,the wireless sensor network module ZigBee is used to collect wireless data from close range,and the generic 12864 LCD is used to display the data and make the system access to WiFi modules to realize the network transmission of data in a server with a static IP.Android client establishes the same TCP connection through servers and receives the real-time data to realize the remote network transmission of data.
