我国社会主义初级阶段的根本任务是以经济建设为中心,不断提高经济效益,大力发展社会生产力。企业作为国民经济的细胞,既要完成生产任务,进行物质文明建设,又要培养"四有"职工队伍,搞好精神文明建设。为完成这两项基本任务,就必须加强思想政治工作,用科学的世界观和方法论来教育人、启发人,充分发挥职工的积极性和创造性,提高企业的整体素质,增强企业的活力。
