摘要
当前,国内建筑市场还没有建立适应新时期要求的设计人才管理体系,造成了骨干员工流动性大,工作不稳定。骨干员工频繁流动给工程项目设计造成了一些损失;企业设计、研究力量不能持续提高,严重影响企业市场竞争力的稳步提高。本文通过对当前中小建筑设计企业对设计人才管理存在的问题和对设计人才中骨干设计员工的个性和特点分析,提出了中小建筑设计企业设计人才的管理策略。
At present, there is no design talents management system established to meet the requirements of in the new period in the domestic construction market, thus causing the mobile backbone of staff,job insecurity. The frequent flow of key staff flows caused losses to the project design. The design and research power cannot be continually improved. The steady improvement of enterprises’ market competitiveness is seriously affected. This paper gives the small and medium-sized architectural design enterprise talent management strategies by analyzing current problems in small and medium-sized architectural design enterprise for design talents management and personalities and characteristics of key design staff.
