摘要
目前,我国研究生教育正处于从规模发展到质量提高的转型期。本文结合教育生态学理论及质量管理理论,分析了我国研究生教育生态的现状,提出将质量管理理念应用于研究生教育生态系统中,促进研究生教育微观生态系统达到动态平衡。
At present,the graduate education in our country is facing a transition from mass development to quality management.This paper uses education ecology theory and quality management theory to analyze the current situation of graduate education in China;and then proposes to apply the quality management theory to the graduate education ecosystem in order to enhance the graduate education ecosystem to achieve a dynamic balance.
