浅谈高职学校房地产估价课程的改革

The Discussion of Curriculum Reform of Real Estate Valuation in Senior High Ocational Schools

通过对房地产估价课程在高等职业学校中的研究,本文分析了目前一些高职校房地产估价课程教学中存在的问题,如知识陈旧、知识零散等,据此提出了房地产估价课程改革的基本原则及具体措施,如在教师主导作用下发挥学生的主体性,增强课程的系统性等等,以此来增强学生利用理论知识解决实际问题的能力。

This text discusses curriculum reform of real estate valuation in senior high ocational schools,analyzing some problems of real estates course of senior high vocational,such as the old knowledge,lax knowledge etc..Putting forward basic principle and concrete measures of the real estate quotation course reform on these grounds,such as cultivating students’ initiative by teachers’ guiding,strengthening the system etc.of the course,strengthening the ability that the student makes use of the theories knowledge to resolve the actual problem with this.
