给水排水工程专业实践教学存在的问题及对策

The Problems and Countermeasures for Practical Teaching of Water Supply and Drainage Engineering Specialty

给水排水科学与工程专业以培养实践型人才为主,毕业生多从事工程一线的工作,学生在学期间工程实践能力的培养对学生就业和长远发展都具有重要意义。本文针对部分教师工程基础薄弱、学生实践教学环节落实不到位的现象,提出了提升教师工程实践水平、聘请校外专家参与授课、改变学生实习方式、拓宽学生实习渠道等对策,并介绍了桂林理工大学在加强学生实践能力培养方面的成功经验。

To train talents of engineering practice is the object of water supply and drainage engineering.Teacher lacks of engineering professional experience,and the practical training procedures implements disorder were the main hindering factors for engineering practice training of undergraduates.According to these hindering factors,the countermeasures have been proposed.Such as promoting teachers’specialized accomplishment,inviting off-campus experts joining in the class,improving practice teaching procedures and expending off-campus practical teaching bases.In addition,the innovation methods for promoting practical teaching of Guilin University of Technology have been introduced.
