Present Situation and Analysis of Graduate Education in Civil Engineering Management

研究生的教育管理是高校学生教育管理工作中存在的一个难题,管的太多,劳神费力,效果不佳,学生埋怨;管的太少,又担心学生出问题,尤其是安全教育问题。土建类研究生除了所有研究生的共性之外,还有着自己的特性。正视和研究土建类专业研究生存在的问题,方能在工作中不断提高教育管理以及服务的水平。

The management of graduate education is a complex issue in the college student working.Too much control will cause not only extended laboriousness and ineffective results,but also complaints of the managers;too little control will lead to the concerns of students’ safety,since the safety education has been put at the first place.In addition to those common points,civil engineering graduate students have their own characteristics.Only when the problems of the civil engineering graduate students are confronted,can the education management and service level be continuously improved at work.
