本文探讨了基于进度成本二要素集成管理的基本理念,探索施工项目成本计划和控制的教学内容,自主研发施工项目成本计划和控制计算机辅助决策系统,构建开展实践教学的IT模拟实验平台,提高实践教学的效率。

Based on the basic concept of the schedule and the cost factors,this paper investigates the teaching content of the cost planning and the controlling of the construction project,develops the Computer Aid Decision system to the construction project cost planning and the controlling,creates the IT simulation platform,so that to promote the efficiency of the practical teaching.
