摘要
本文论证了对教师的有意义赏识是改善教师表现、提高教师士气和变革氛围的一种低成本、高效益的方式。具体而言,本文分析了赏识教师对教育行为变革的不可或缺性;剖析了学校里缺乏对教师赏识的原因;探讨了多种实用、经济的提高自上而下赏识水平的方式;并设计了若干种增进教师之间水平赏识的方案。
This paper analyzes the indispensability of appreciating teachers in seeking exceptional performance and innovation, expounds reasons for lacking appreciation, explores various practical and economical ways of improving top-down level appreciation, and designs some proposals of enhancing inter-teacher appreciation.
