摘要
对接受培训的非英语专业农村小学教师的后续服务应该引起培训机构的重视。本文以南京晓庄学院组织培训徐州贾旺区非英语专业农村小学教师为例,根据学员的反馈信息,探讨了开展培训后续服务的重要性,提出了培训机构配合当地主管部门和学校做好学员的后续服务工作的有效模式。
Importance should be attached to after-training service for rural primary teachers of non-English majors. Taking rural non-English major primary teachers in Jiawang district of Xuzhou city for example, this paper, in accordance with trainee's feedback, explores the significance of implementing after-training service and suggests ways of carrying out effective after-training service between training organizatins and departments in charge and schools.
