摘要
自上世纪80年代以来,为推动教师专业发展,国际社会兴起了教学专业标准的开发热潮。2003年,澳大利亚首次公布了国家教学专业标准,并通过不断修订,使其日臻完善。本文试图探讨澳大利亚教学专业标准的制定理念、内容、适用范围及评估,以期从理论上对我国当前教学专业标准的研究和制定提供借鉴与启发。
Teacher professional development is one important approach to quality teaching, and also a necessary trend of international teacher development. This paper strives to explore the beliefs, contents, application domains and assessment of Australian teaching professional criterion, with a view to theoretically promoting the current researches in the area of China and providing references to establishment of our national teaching professional criteria.
