情景模拟教学法在高职助产专业实训教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟教学法在高职助产专业实训教学中的应用效果。方法选取本校2014级专科助产班学生113人为对照组,2015级助产班学生110人为实验组。对照组采用传统实训教学方法,实验组在此基础上采用情景模拟实训教学法。通过实训考核成绩和问卷调查对实训教学效果进行评价。结果实验组A主学习能力、分析解决问题能力、实践动手能力、护患沟通能力和团队协作意识均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法应用于高职助产专业实训教学中不仅有利于提高学生的自主学习能力、分析解决问题的能力、实践动手能力、护患沟通能力,还有利于提高学生团队协作意识。 Objective To investigate the effect of applying scene simulation teaching method in the practice teaching in high vocational midwifery. Methods 113 students was selected from 2014 midwifery class as a control group and 110 from 2015 midwifery class an experimental group. The control group adopted traditional teaching method and the experimental group scene simulation teaching method. The teaching effects were evaluated by examination results and questionnaire survey. Results The autonomous learning ability, problem- analyzing and -solving ability, practice ability, nurse-patient communication skill, and teamwork awareness were better in the experimental group than in the control group, with statistical differences (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Applying scene simulation teaching method in high vocational practical teaching midwifery can improve the students' autonomous learning ability, problem solving ability, practice ability, nurse-patient communication skills, and team cooperation consciousness.
