摘要
目的探究有氧康复训练对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2016年3月本院收治的CHF患者98例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例;对照组给予基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行有氧康复训练,两组均治疗6个月。观察比较两组治疗前后心功能、血管内皮功能、生活质量、运动耐力、病死率。结果治疗后观察组有效46例,对照组38例(P〈0.05);观察组LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD均明显低于对照组(均P〈0.05);血清ET-1水平明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),血清CGRP、NO均明显高于对照组(均P〈0.05);生活质量和运动耐力改善均明显优于对照组(均P〈0.05),两组病死率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论有氧康复训练能有效改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能、血管内皮功能,且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the effects of aerobic rehabilitation training on cardiac function and vascular endothelial function in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods 98 patients with CHF treated at our hospital from January, 2014 to March, 2016 were divided into a control group and an observation group, 49 cases for each group. The control group were treated with basic therapy; in addition, the observation group were treated with aerobic rehabilitation training. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The cardiac function, vascular endothelial function, quality of life, exercise tolerance, and mortality in two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (93.87% vs. 77.55%, P 〈 0.05). The levels of LVEF, LVEDD, and LVESD were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (all P 〈 0.05). The serum level of ET-1 was significantly lower and the levels of CGRP and NO were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (all P 〈 0.05). The quality of life and exercise tolerance were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P 〈 0.05). There was no statistical difference in mortality between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Aerobic rehabilitation training can effectively improve the cardiac function and vascular endothelial function in patients with chronic heart failure and its safety is good.
