重组人脑利钠肽对慢性心力衰竭患者血清NT-proBNP浓度及心功能的影响

Effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on serum NT-proBNP concentration and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探究重组人脑利钠肽对慢性心力衰竭患者血清N-末端B型钠尿肽前体（NT-proBNP）浓度及心功能的影响。方法选择本院在2014年1月至2017年2月期间收治的60例慢性心力衰竭患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，各30例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予重组人脑利钠肽治疗；比较两组治疗效果、心功能、血清指标。结果治疗后，观察组患者治疗总有效率、LVEF均明显高于对照组，LVEDs、LVEDd、IL-6、NT-proBNP水平均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重的头痛、恶心等不良症状。结论重组人脑利钠肽可提高慢性心力衰竭患者临床治疗效果，改善血清指标和心功能。

Objective To explore the effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on the concentration of serum N-terminal B type natriuretic peptide （NT-proBNP） and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure treated at our hospital from January, 2014 to February, 2017 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 30 cases for each group. The control group were treated with conventional drugs; in addition, the observation group were treated with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide. The treatment effect, cardiac function, and serum indicators were compared between these two groups. Results After the treatment, the total efficacy and LVEF were significantly higher and the LVEDs, LVEDd, IL-6, and NT-proBNP were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. No severe headache, nausea, and other symptoms were not found during treatment in these two groups. Conclusion Recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for patients with chronic heart failure can improve the clinical treatment effect, serum indexes, and cardiac function.
