人参果总皂苷联合二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗慢性心力衰竭合并缓慢型心律失常的疗效

Ginsenoside combining calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosph-ate for chronic heart failure complicating slow arrhythmia

目的探讨人参果总皂苷联合二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）合并缓慢型心律失常的临床疗效与可行性。方法选取2014年8月至2016年5月本院心内科收治的120例CHF合并缓慢型心律失常患者，将其随机分为观察组（人参果总皂苷联＋二丁酰环磷腺苷钙）与对照组（常规治疗），各60例，治疗8周后评价整体疗效与用药安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率（95．0％）明显高于对照组（80．0％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组均未出现严重不良反应，复查血常规、尿常规及肝肾功能无明显异常。结论人参果总皂苷联合二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗CHF合并缓慢型心律失常能够有效改善患者心功能，疗效确切，而且不会增加不良反应，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ginsenoside combining calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosph-ate for chronic heart failure （CHF） complicating slow arrhythmia. Methods 120 patients with CHF complicating slow arrhythmia treated at our hospital from August, 2014 to May, 2016 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group （treated with ginsenoside and calcium dibutyryiadetlosine cyclophosph-ate） and a control group （routeinely treated）, 60 cases for each group. The overall efficacy and safety were evaluated after 8 weeks＇ treatment. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group （95.0% vs. 80.0% ） , with a statistical difference （ P〈0.05 ） . No serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups. No obvious abnormalities were found in routine blood routine examination, urine routine examination, and liver and kidney function. Conclusion Ginsenoside combining calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosph-ate for chronic heart failure complicating slow arrhythmia is effective and can improve the patients＇ cardial function and does not increase the adverse reaction, so tt is worth being clinically generalized.
