动机性访谈式延伸护理对脑卒中患者康复效果的影响

Influence of extended nursing care by motivational interview on rehabilitation effect in patients with stroke

目的研究动机性访谈式延伸护理对脑卒中患者康复效果的影响。方法收集脑卒中患者共112例，根据计算机简单随机化分组原则将其分为对照组（56例）和观察组（56例），对照组接受常规护理，观察组联合动机性访谈式延伸护理。结果相较于对照组，观察组Barthel指数量表评分、卒中量表评分、Berg平衡量表评分均更优，均P〈0．05。结论在脑卒中患者的护理过程中，动机性访谈式延伸护理能够有效改善患者的家庭功能，恢复其日常生活能力，值得推广应用。

Objective To study the influence of extended nursing care by motivational interview on rehabilitation effect in patients with stroke. Methods A total of 112 patients with stroke were randomly divided into a control group （56 cases） and an observation group （56 cases） according to computer simple randomized grouping principle. The control group were routinely cared and the observation group received extended nursing care by motivational interview. Results The scores of Barthel index scale, stroke scale, and Berg balance scale were better in the observation group than in the control group （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Extended nursing care by motivational interview for patients with stroke can daily life ability, so it is worth being generalized. effectively improve their family function and restore their daily life ability, so it is worth being generalized.
