青光眼小梁切除术后不同眼球按摩护理方式对眼压及手术成功率的影响

Effects of different eye massage treatments on intraocular pressure and operation success rate after glaucoma trabeculectomy

目的在青光眼小梁切除术患者术后护理过程中应用不同眼球按摩护理方式，分析其对患者眼压以及手术成功率的影响。方法选取本院2015年4月至2016年4月收治的54例（54眼）青光眼小梁切除术患者为研究对象，利用抽签法将所有患者均分为观察组与对照组，各27例。对照组患者家属需要协助患者按摩，观察组患者需要自行按摩，观察两组护理3个月后眼压、手术成功率。结果护理干预后，观察组眼压显著低于对照组，手术成功率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义意义（均P〈0．05）。结论将自行眼球按摩护理应用于青光眼小梁切除术患者术后护理中可以显著提升患者手术成功率，降低患者眼压，值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effects of different eyeball massage treatments on the intraocular pressure （lOP） and the operation success rate after glaucoma trabeculectomy. Methods Fifty-four patients （54 eyes） undertaking glaucoma trabeculectomy at our hospital from April, 2015 to April, 2016 were selected as study objects and were divided into an observation group and a control group, 27 for each group. The control group got massage assisted by their family members and the observation group massaged by themselves. 3 months after the nursing intervention, the intraocular pressure （lOP） and the operation success rate were observed in both groups. Results After the nursing intervention, the IOP was lower and the operation success rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group （both P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Self-massage on the eye after glaucoma tmbeculectomy can significantly increase the operation success rate and decrease IOP, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
