碘伏液联合提肛运动对环状混合痔术后康复进程的影响

Effect of iodophor liquid combined with levator ani movement on postoperative rehabilitation process of annular mixed hemorrhoid

目的探讨0．5％碘伏液涂擦联合提肛运动对环状混合痔术后伤口感染发生率及康复进程的影响。方法选取2015年2月至2017年4月本院收治的62例环状混合痔患者，随机数字表法分为对照组（n=31）与研究组（n=31）。两组均接受手术治疗，术后对照组采用马应龙痔疮膏、抗生素药物及饮食指导，研究组采用0．5％碘伏液涂擦＋提肛运动，两组均持续干预7d。统计对比两组康复进程（切口愈合时间、便后出血时间、住院时间）、并发症发生率（伤口感染、尿潴留、水肿、肛门坠胀）。结果研究组切口愈合时间、便后出血时间、住院时间较对照组少，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；研究组与对照组并发症发生率分别为：伤口感染（6．45％、29．03％）、尿潴留（0．00％、22．58％）、水肿（12．90％、38．71％）、肛门坠胀（3．23％、25．81％），组间比较，研究组较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论环状混合痔术后联合采取0．5％碘伏液涂擦及提肛运动效果显著，可降低伤口感染等并发症发生风险，促使患者及早康复出院。

Objective To investigate the effect of iodophor liquid combined with levator ani movement on the postoperative incidence of wound infection and rehabilitation process of annular mixed hemorrhoid. Methods 62 cases of annular mixed hemorrhoids treated at our hospital from February, 2015 to April, 2017 were randomly divided into a control group （n=31） and a study group （n=31）. Both groups were treated by surgery. After operation, the control group were treated with Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment, antibiotic drugs, and diet guidance and the study group with 0.5% iodophor liquid inunction and levator ani movement, for 7 d. The rehabilitation process （incision healing time, postoperative bleeding time, and hospitalization time） and complication rate （wound infection, urinary retention, edema, and anal bulge） were compared between the two groups. Results The incision healing time, bleeding time, and hospitalization time were less in the study group than in the control group （all P 〈 0.05）. The incidences of wound infection, urinary retention, edema, and anal bulge were 6.45%, 0.00%, 12.90%, and 3.23% in the study group and were 29.03%, 22.58%, 38.71%, and 25.81% in the control group, with statistical differences （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The effect of 0.5% iodophor liquid inunction combined with levator ani movement on the postoperative incidence of wound infection and rehabilitation process of annular mixed hemorrhoid is significant. It can reduce the risk of wound infection and other complications and helps patients recover as soon as possible.
