摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声联合实时组织弹性成像技术对乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别的诊断价值。方法选取我院经手术病理证实的100例乳腺肿瘤患者,经病理检测共124个结节。所有患者均于我院行彩色多普勒超声及实时组织弹性成像技术后,行穿刺活检或切除术,以病理检查结果作为金标准。分析比较两种方法的准确度、敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值。结果联合检查的准确度、敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于单一检查(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声联合实时组织弹性成像技术在乳腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断中具有较高的准确度、敏感度及特异度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with real-time tissue elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods 100 cases of patients with breast tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital were selected, and 124 nodules were detected by pathological examination. After color Doppler ultrasound and real-time tissue elastography, all patients received biopsy or resection. Pathological examination results were used as the gold standard. The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of two methods were analyzed and compared. Results The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined examination were higher than those of the single examination (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound combined with real-time tissue elastography has higher accuracy, sensitivity and specificity in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors, which is worthy of promotion.
