盆底肌肉康复训练联合盆底重建术治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation Training Combined with Pelvic Floor Reconstruction in the Treatment of Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Deseases

目的研究盆底肌肉康复训练联合盆底重建术治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年4月至2015年4月期间收治的80例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用盆底重建术治疗,观察组采用盆底肌肉康复训练联合盆底重建术治疗。分析比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的POP-Q分度情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1年及2年的尿失禁发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用盆底肌肉康复训练联合盆底重建术治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病,能够有效缓解女性盆底功能障碍,促进患者恢复,改善尿失禁情况,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with pelvic floor reconstruction in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction deseases. Methods 80 cases of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction deseases admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received pelvic floor reconstruction, while the observation group received pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with pelvic floor reconstruction. The clinical effects were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The grading of pelvic organ prolapse （POP-Q） of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidences of urinary incontinence 1 year and 2 years after surgery of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with pelvic floor reconstruction in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction deseases can effectively alleviate the female pelvic floor dysfunction, promote patients＇ recovery, and improve the urinary incontinence and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
