复发性流产患者凝血功能与血液流变学变化及其特点

Changes and Characteristics of Coagulation Function and Hemorrheology in Patients with Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

目的探讨复发性流产患者凝血功能与血液流变学变化及其特点。方法选取我院2015年7月至2017年1月收治的复发性流产患者113例作为A组,选取同期50名正常妊娠孕妇和50名体检健康非妊娠女性志愿者分别作为B组和C组。检测三组的凝血功能和血液流变学指标。结果与B组和C组比较,A组的APTT、PT均较短,FIB水平较高(P均<0.05);B组的APTT短于C组(P<0.05)。A组的全血还原黏度、全血表现黏度、血浆黏度均高于B组和C组(P<0.05);B组的全血还原黏度、全血表现黏度、血浆黏度均高于C组(P<0.05)。结论复发性流产患者的凝血功能和血液流变学指标均变化较大,临床中凝血功能和血液流变学指标对诊断、判定复发性流产有重要的参考价值。

Objective To explore the changes of charateristics of coagulation function and hemorheology in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods 113 cases of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to January 2017 were selected as group A. 50 normal pregnant women were selected as group B, and 50 healthy non-pregnant female volunteers were selected as group C. The coagulation function and hemorheological indicators of three groups were detected. Results Compared with group B and group C, the APTT and PT of group A were shorter, and the FIB level was higher, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. The APTT of group B was shorter than that of group C （P 〈0.05）. The whole blood reduced viscosity, whole blood expression viscosity and plasma viscosity of group A were higher than those of group B and group C （P 〈0.05）. The whole blood reduced viscosity, whole blood expression viscosity and plasma viscosity of group B were higher than those of group C （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The coagulation function and hemorheological indicators in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion change greatly. Clinical coagulation and hemorheological indicators has important reference value for diagnosis and judgement of recurrent spontaneous abortion.
