精索静脉高位结扎联合注射聚桂醇硬化剂治疗精索静脉曲张源性男性不育症的临床研究

Clinical Study on High Ligation of Spermatic Vein Combined with Injection of Lauromacrogol Sclerosing Agent in the Treatment of Varicocele-Induced Male Infertility

目的探讨精索静脉高位结扎联合注射聚桂醇硬化剂治疗精索静脉曲张源性男性不育症的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年6月收治的30例精索静脉曲张患者,随机分为A组(8例)、B组(3例)和C组(19例)。A组采用精索静脉高位结扎联合注射聚桂醇硬化剂,B组采用腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎,C组采用单纯精索静脉高位结扎。比较三组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,三组患者的精子质量、性激素水平比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,A组的精子质量、性激素水平均优于B组和C组(P<0.05)。结论采用精索静脉高位结扎联合注射聚桂醇硬化剂治疗精索静脉曲张源性男性不育症患者,效果较好,可明显改善患者的性激素水平,提高其精子质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of high ligation of spermatic vein combined with injection of lauromacrogol sclerosing agent in the treatment ofvaricocele-induced male infertility. Methods 30 cases of patients with varicocele admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into group A （8 cases）, group B （3 cases） and group C （19 cases）. Group A received high ligation of spermatic vein combined with injection of lauromacrogol sclerosing agent, group B received laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein, and group C only received high ligation of spermatic vein. The treatment effects were compared among the three groups. Results No statistical difference was found in the sperm quality and sex hormone level among the three groups before treatment （P〉0.05）; After treatment, the sperm quality and sex hormone level of the group A were better than those of the group B and group C （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions High ligation of spermatic vein combined with injection of lauromacrogol sclerosing agent has better effect in the treatment of varicocele-induced male infertility, which can significantly improve the sex hormone level and sperm quality.
