炎琥宁与干扰素联合治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及预后观察

Observation on Curative Effect and Prognosis of Yanhuning Combined with Interferon in the Treatment of Children with Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

目的研究炎琥宁联合干扰素治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果和预后。方法选取我院2014年10月至2016年8月收治的手足口病患儿160例,随机分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组采用干扰素治疗,观察组采用炎琥宁联合干扰素治疗。比较两组患儿的临床效果、临床症状改善时间和并发症情况。结果观察组的总有效率为96.25%,明显高于对照组的76.25%(P<0.05)。观察组的发热消失时间、手足疱疹消失时间、口腔溃疡消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论炎琥宁联合干扰素治疗小儿手足口病,可提高临床效果,改善患儿预后,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect and prognosis of Yanhuning combined with interferon in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods 160 cases of children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group received interferon, while the observation group received Yanhuning combined with interferon. The clinical effect, improvement time of clinical symptoms and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.25%, significantly higher than 76.25% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The disappearance time of fever, herpes on hands and feet and dental ulcer of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Yanhuning combined with interferon in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease can improve the clinical effect and prognosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
