小青龙汤联合三子养亲汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction Combined with Sanziyangqin Decoction in the Treatment of Children with Cough Variant Asthma

目的探讨小青龙汤联合三子养亲汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年8月至2017年8月收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,观察组采用小青龙汤联合三子养亲汤治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后的肺功能通气指标。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后的肺功能通气指标明显优于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤联合三子养亲汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著,可有效改善患儿的肺功能,降低不良反应发生率,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Sanziyangqin decoction in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma. Methods 60 cases of children with cough variant asthma admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets, while the observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Sanziyangqin decoction. The clinical curative effect, incidence of adverse reactions and pulmonary function ventilation indicators before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effetive rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the pulmonary function ventilation indicators after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Sanziyangqin decoction in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma has significant curative effect, can effectively improve the pulmonary function of children, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is safe and reliable, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
