钥匙的统一管理模式在精神科的应用

Unified Management Mode of Keys in the Application of Psychiatric Department

目的探讨钥匙的统一管理模式在精神科的应用效果。方法选取我院精神科2014年10月至2017年7月收治的400例精神分裂症患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各200例。研究组进行钥匙"统一管理"模式,对照组进行钥匙"分散式管理"模式。比较两组的钥匙管理问题(离职外带、保管不当、外借、遗失、不合理保养、私配钥匙)发生情况及钥匙相关不良事件(外逃成功、冲门行为、钥匙盗窃)发生率。结果研究组的钥匙管理问题发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的钥匙相关不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神科进行钥匙的统一管理可降低患者钥匙盗窃、冲门等不良事件的发生率,提高临床护理质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of unified management mode of keys in psychiatric department. Methods 400 cases of patients with schizophrenia admitted to psychiatric department of our hospital from October 2014 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 200 cases in each group. The study group received key ＂unified management＂ mode, while the control group received key ＂distributed management＂ mode. The management problems of keys （leaving and taking keys outside, improper safekeeping, lending out, missing, unreasonable maintenance, private key duplication） and incidence of key related adverse events （successful escape, rushing door behavior and key theft） were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of management problems of keys of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of key related adverse events of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Unified management of keys in psychiatric department can reduce the incidence of adverse events such as key theft and rushing door behavior, and improve the clinical nursing quality.
