放松式结合激励式心理护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并心血管疾病患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Relaxing and Incentive Psychological Nursing in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Cardiovascular Disease

目的探讨与分析放松式结合激励式心理护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并心血管疾病患者中的应用价值。方法选取我院2014年5月至2017年4月收治的94例COPD合并心血管疾病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各47例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用放松式结合激励式心理护理。结果护理前,两组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的SDS评分、SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为95.74%,明显高于对照组的82.98%(P<0.05)。结论对COPD合并心血管疾病患者实施放松式结合激励式心理护理,可有效改善其心理状态,减少负性情绪,提高护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the application value of relaxing and incentive psychological nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） complicated with cardiovascular disease. Methods 94 cases of patients with COPD complicated with cardiovascular disease admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given relaxing and incentive psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. Results Before nursing, no statistical difference was found in the SDS scores and SAS scores between two groups （P 〉0.05）. After nursing, the SDS score and SAS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was 95.74%, significantly higher than 82.98% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Relaxing and incentive psychological nursing in patients with COPD complicated with cardiovascular disease can effectively improve their psychological status, reduce the negative emotions and improve the nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of promotion.
