Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing with hospital-community-family connection in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy. Methods 93 cases of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (47 cases) and control group (46 cases). The control group received routine follow-up after discharge, while the observation group received continuous nursing with hospital-community-family connection after discharge. The mastery degree of health knowledge and cancer-related fatigue degree of two groups were observed. Results The mastery degree of health knowledge including chemotherapy knowledge, bone marrow suppression, skin reactions, diet and digestion and function exercise of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P 〈0.05). At discharge, no statistical difference was found in the cancer-related fatigue degree between two groups (P 〉0.05). 1 month, 2 months and 3 months after intervention, the cancer-related fatigue degree of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Continuous nursing with hospital-community-family connection in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy can improve their mastery degree of health knowledge and reduce their cancer-related fatigue degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
