优质护理对早期慢性肾功能衰竭患者治疗的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing on the Treatment of Patients with Early Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨优质护理对早期慢性肾功能衰竭患者治疗的影响。方法选取我院2015年6月至2017年1月进行早期慢性肾功能衰竭治疗的82例患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,各41例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上实施优质护理。观察两组患者的生理健康、心理健康及社会健康评分。结果实验组的生理健康、心理健康及社会健康评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够促进早期慢性肾功能衰竭患者的康复,对患者肾功能衰竭程度起到一定的缓解作用,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on the treatment of patients with early chronic renal failure. Methods 82 cases of patients receiving treatment of early chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received high quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The scores of physiological health, psychological health and social health of two groups were observed. Results The scores of physiological health, psychological health and social health of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions High quality nursing can promote the rehabilitation of patients with early chronic renal failure, and play a certain role in relieving the degree of renal failure, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
