大型企业的知识管理系统设计

Design on Knowledge Management System of Large-scale Enterprises

针对大型企业知识管理现状并结合未来发展需要,提出了基于大型企业信息管理系统构建企业知识管理平台的设计方案,包括知识获取、知识管理、知识应用、知识评价和系统集成功能模块设计。系统通过整合多个异构数据源,建立企业知识体系,实现科研数据信息和研发设计经验的有效融合。该系统能够为企业提供知识积累、共享和创新的有效手段,提升科研人员研发设计能力,缩短产品研制周期,节约研发成本。

In view of the knowledge management situation of military enterprises and the future development requirements, this paper puts forward the design scheme of establishing the enterprise knowledge management platform based on the information management system of military enterprises, including function module design of knowledge acquisition, knowledge management, knowledge application knowledge evaluation and system integrator. Based on integration of several heterogeneous data sources, the enterprise knowledge system is established to realize the efficient fusion of scientific research data and experiences in R＆D design. This system can provide enterprises with effective means of knowledge accumulation, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation, enhance the R＆D design capability of the scientific researchers, shorten the product development cycle and save the R＆D costs.
