上颌骨是面中部的重要结构之一。因其结构和功能较为复杂,外伤或肿瘤术后导致的上颌骨缺损的修复较为困难。近年来,上颌骨缺损的修复技术发展较为迅速,但尚缺乏统一的分类方法和重建技术。该文从上颌骨缺损的分类、修复方法和术后的形态、功能评价等角度对上颌骨缺损的修复进行了详细综述,并提出了新的发展方向。

The maxilla is one of the most important structures in the middle of the face. Because of its complex structure and function, it is difficult to repair maxillary defects after trauma or tumor resection. In recent years, the technology of repairing maxillary defects has been developing rapidly, but there is still a lack of unified classification and reconstruction techniques. This article reviewed the repair of maxillary defects from the aspects of defect classification, repair methods, postoperative morphology and functional evaluation of maxillary defects, and put forward new directions for development.
